Condominium Maintenance Services
The Warehouse Lofts provides a full time, in house, management and maintenance staff.
Condo fees are a very reasonable $0.13 per square foot. This fee includes common area maintenance and insurance, garbage pick-up, water and sewer charges, and a reserve fund.
Security
The Warehouse Lofts residential areas can only be accessed via a high-tech swipe-card locking system. In addition, The Warehouse Lofts are protected by a 24 hour visual monitoring system.
